“It’s a little bit like becoming a parent.

No matter how much you do to prepare for it. You’re not prepared, and it’s crushing difficult. However, it can be the most rewarding thing you’ve ever done. And it’s the same as true kind of becoming a leader of people in the professional world can be so rich and rewarding your role in large parties to help other people thrive to see them, to create the conditions for success within your environment.

Your key takeaway to elevating your own management and leadership is, Are you creating a psychologically safe team where individuals feel that they can truly, authentically be themselves at work?”
