The Team Retention Program is led successfully by Traci Austin, MPA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CPC – the Chief Talent Officer and owner of Elevated Talent Consulting.


Traci is a certified HR and Talent Optimization professional with two decades of experience in employee development and engagement, performance consulting, and training facilitation. Her expertise in applying behavioral concepts to hiring and selection, designing talent pathways, coaching, motivation, and more makes her the perfect leader for this program.

Are there payment options?

No, this course requires full payment of $5,000 to participate.

When are the sessions?

Tuesdays: July 16th, 23rd, 30th, August 6th, 13th, 20th, September 3rd, and 10th from 1 – 3 PM.

Plus, join us for coaching sessions on Fridays from 9:30 – 10:30 AM on the same weeks throughout the program.

Is this program eligible for SHRM PDCs?

Yes, all our our training programs are eligible for SHRM PDCs, provided upon completion of the program.
