Having a process and training our team on that process make it better for the applicant journey, employee journey, and you as the HR leader. If you have a system where the interviews are scheduled, and you can automate some of the follow up, do so. Yet, ensure you have the personal touch. If you meet them in person – make sure they get a personal follow-up call, email etc. Handwritten notes go a long way.
