How do we inspire people from different generations, especially Gen Z? Diversity in the work force is causing leaders to be challenged, one of which is generational diversity. Gen Z, they are unique, there are different things they are looking for to stay engaged, to stay motivated and perform at their best.  

Encourage, equip and empower your people, that’s different that directive leadership, directive management – this is a big shift that is really important to this generation. They want to deeply understand the mission of where they’re working, and to understand the impact of what the company is doing, matters to them – that’s a Gen Z characteristic.
