How long is the program?
This is a 10-week program that includes the following:
- 8 group coaching calls 1 hour each
- 2 coaching calls with Traci 1:1 (30 Minutes)
- Lessons and coaching tools for you to learn what it is that we do as a coach and take back into your organization
When does the next program start?
Coaching Cohorts are 10-week programs. We will have a new Coaching Cohort starting each month. We do cap the number of people in each cohort, and they are built for you to do multiple rounds.
Is the course in person, online, or hybrid?
The program is a combination of 1:1 and group coaching in an online format along with learning modules.
Who leads the program?
Traci Austin, MPA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CPC is the Chief Talent Officer and owner of Elevated Talent Consulting. Traci is a certified HR professional with nearly two decades of experience in employee development and engagement, performance consulting and training facilitation building HR departments from the ground up
Are there payment options?
The program is $1,299 for the 10 sessions or three-monthly payments of $500 each.
