On behalf of the Cottage Grove Chamber of Commerce, we would like to thank Traci for spending an afternoon with us at our recent membership meeting. With a full room, Traci's energtic, thorough, and well craftted presentation, "The Great Retention", was not only delivered with extreme professionalism but Traci also did a great job of adjusting as needed based on audience engagement. Our membership is filled with a mix of medium-to-small business owners, executive level management, managers, employees, non-profits and civic organizations and Traci managed to make the content relievant to all. Our membership feedback on the presentation was "Excellent", "Perfect timing," "She was great!" When you hear feedback like that it makes it pretty easy to make an organizational decision that Traci will most certianly be invited back to present again.
